Sponsors have the option of choosing packages and/or selecting specific items that best suit their needs, allowing for a more customized sponsorship. This approach ensures that sponsors can focus on the aspects that provide the most value to them.
- Conference Program: Multiple options are available, including a full-color and grayscale full-page ad, half-page ad, and logo placement.
- Event Sponsorship: Three receptions, an off-site event, awards ceremony, and student breakfast are available for sponsorship. Coffee break sponsors will have signs placed at the coffee stands. Sponsors of breakout rooms will have their chosen logo/message displayed on the desktop of the computer in the room, ensuring visibility when slideshows change, or attendees enter the room.
- SWAG: There is a limit of three logos on the conference bag, reserved for Presidential and Gold sponsors. However, sponsors can provide items or informational inserts for inclusion in each bag.
Sponsor Levels
- Presidential Level: Restricted to one sponsor, this exclusive package includes top-tier benefits such as the two full-page color ads in the program, logo in the program, recognition as the Presidential Sponsor at the Presidential reception, coffee break sponsorship, breakout room sponsorship, three included meeting attendances, an exhibitor table, logo on the bag, and a bag insert. At current prices, we are asking for $3,000 for a value of $4,160, offering a 28% savings.
- Gold Level: Restricted to two sponsors, this level provides significant exposure with benefits like two full-page grayscale ads in the program, logo in the program, sponsorship of one of the remaining receptions, breakout room sponsorship, logo on the bag, and a bag insert. At current prices, we are asking for $2,000 for a value of $2,700, offering a 26% savings.
- Silver Level: Open to an unlimited number of sponsors, this level offers excellent value with benefits such as one full-page grayscale ad in the program, logo in the program, coffee break sponsorship, and a bag insert. At current prices, we are asking for $500 for a value of $650, offering a 23% savings.
- Exhibitor: Open to an unlimited number of sponsors, the exhibitor level includes one exhibit table, on full-page gray scale ad in the program, two included meeting attendances, and one bag insert for $500, producing a savings of $490.
